I have no need for a credit to a store full of Chinese made clothing. I can have a store credit but they will not give me my money back. The customer service woman JaneAnn told me I miss understood the advertising and sorry if I don’t like that it’s made in China. I wrote to them saying how horrified I was by this practice and that I wanted a refund for the junk product I was sent. This companies advertising made it appear they shared my values and ethics. Pretending to be a sweet Texas lady making items then sending cheap and poorly made products from overseas. When the dress arrived it boldly stated MADE IN CHINA. Our family does not support items made over seas. It is an important part of my personal ethics to buy USA made products. As well as the claim that she does not hire outside workers. I purchased from this company because of the touching story the owner had on her website about the company being family run and that everything was made by her. I simply would like to receive the item ordered for my granddaughter. *** **************** As of today, December 6, 2022, I am still waiting to receive tracking information or an e-mail notifying me that my order has been shipped and is on the way.
